In an intermediate wing foil lesson, you can expect to build on the basics you’ve already mastered and learn more advanced skills. These lessons are typically tailored to your current skill level and goals, so you can expect personalized instruction to help you advance in your wing foiling journey.

What will I learn?
- Improved Foil Handling: You’ll work on refining your control of the foil, including more precise adjustments to height and angle for smoother rides.
- Advanced Wing Handling: Techniques for more effective use of the wing in varying wind conditions, such as upwind and downwind sailing, and handling gusts.
- Transitions and Maneuvers: Learning how to perform turns, jibes, and tacks more efficiently and smoothly.
- Speed and Balance: Techniques to increase speed while maintaining balance, including stance adjustments and foil pumping.
- Safety and Self-Rescue: Enhanced safety measures and self-rescue techniques in case of equipment failure or adverse conditions.
- Wave Riding: Introduction to riding waves using the wing foil, including positioning and timing for catching waves.
- Jumping and Tricks (if appropriate): Basics of jumping and performing tricks, depending on your comfort level and progression.

Students should have completed Beginner Wing Foil Lesson
Bring your bathing suit, rash guard, towel, and gear if you have it.
All gear and boat support is included on the lessons.
Pricing
Private: $200hr
One-on-one instruction between the student and the instructor. The student receives the full attention of the instructor, allowing for highly personalized feedback and adjustments. This can be particularly beneficial for rapid progress and addressing specific needs.
